1. Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) received, Lavyo offers an exchange facility for eligible domestic orders.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Exchange requests must be placed within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not accept exchanges for reasons related to:

Perceived colour variations due to device display differences

Fabric texture or material concerns

General dislike of quality, style, or appearance

Exchanges are applicable only on orders placed through our official website – www.lavyo.in.

Please note: All product listings include detailed information regarding colour, fit, fabric, wash care, and measurements. Minor colour differences may occur due to monitor or mobile display settings; such variations are not considered defects.

2. Exchange Process

Submit an Exchange Request Raise an exchange query within 24 hours of delivery through our support portal.

Exchange Processing Fee A ₹100 fee per exchange request is applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us at cs@lavyo.in within 24 hours with images and order details. Such issues are eligible for free resolution subject to verification.

3. Reverse Pickup

Pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail or pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, you will need to self-ship the product.

Reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.

Inspection & Approval Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. Upon approval, we dispatch the replacement size within 24–48 working hours.

One-Time Exchange Size exchanges are permitted only once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be processed.

4. Self-Shipping Instructions

If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your pincode, please courier your item.

Please ensure: Products are securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Your Order ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package. All items are returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Recommended Courier: We advise using India Post – Speed Post for reliable and widely available service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

Lavyo reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: Unavailability of raw materials or production constraints Incorrect product listing or pricing errors Payment discrepancies or flagged fraudulent activity All such decisions remain final and binding.

6. Refund Policy

Lavyo does not provide refunds or returns once a product has been sold and delivered. We only offer a size exchange as per the Exchange Policy above.
