Overview
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is placed.
Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)
We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or defective. To raise an exchange request, you must email us at cs@lavyo.in with a mandatory unboxing video.
How to raise an exchange request

Attach a single-take unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed parcel to showing:

Outer packaging & visible shipping label

Product taken out of the packaging

The exact damage/defect is clearly

All tags and original packaging

Include photos of the defect and a brief description of the issue.
Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Product Information

Product pages include color, fabric, fit and care. Minor color variations due to screen settings are not defects.

Customized, made-to-order, and discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for damage/defect as above.

Order Acceptance
We may refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing/listing errors, or concerns flagged by payment/fraud checks.
